30-day returns

If the razor is not for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return and refund of the purchase price.

Lifetime warranty

The razor is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own it. Contact us with your order number if a problem occurs. We will arrange a repair or replacement where covered.

Replacement blades are excluded. Damage caused by drops, dishwashers or misuse is not covered by this additional warranty.

How to return

Use our contact form and include your order number. We will provide the return instructions. Do not include a loose used blade in your parcel.

Your statutory rights

Our 30-day returns and lifetime warranty are offered in addition to your statutory rights, including the applicable 14-day withdrawal right and legal guarantee. Nothing here limits those rights.
